Ian Rowe is a property developer/contractor who has been a director of a number of companies, including a PLC, developing commercial and residential sites throughout Merseyside.

Burbo Point Limited is a development company established to build the finest beachfront development on the North West coast overlooking Antony Gormley’s ‘Iron Men’.
22 apartments have been created, culminating in the penthouse, which is valued at £1.7m.

Ian required Finance Director support across all of his companies to ensure that management information was available, particularly for bank submissions, and that cash flow was optimised.

Evolve FD set up the systems and processes to ensure that reliable monthly management information was produced, including accurate monitoring of work in progress balances on an individual project basis.

A key area was the setting up and maintaining of individual cash flow forecasts for each project, which were then consolidated into summary company cash flows.

This gave Ian the ability to monitor and forecast profit and cash flow on a site by site basis, and was essential in his fundraising negotiations.
